School drug tests

Apparently, in Scotland, random drug testing on school pupils has led them (the pupils) away from cannabis, which can be easily detected, to using heroin, which can't. Huh. Pot vs. Skag
This kind of thing always seems to happen in Scotland. I've only been once or twice, and at no time in the last fifteen years, but it must be bloody awful up there.
