but i was listening to the comedy half hour on Radio 4 last night. Don't know what it was, but here's a partly-remembered exchange from it:
Guy 1: Don;t you remember last year when the evil Dr Something tried to take over the world with really evil somethings?
Guy 2: (scornfully) Of course i remember it. You don't forget something like that.
You probably had to be there.

Also happened to listen to Mark Radcliffe on Radio 2. He played Iron & Wine's new single, and then Lou Barlow's. I&W was very loud compared to other stuff. Lou Barlow was very dad-rock.
